At Nyx & Co. Hair Solutions, we take great care to ensure each piece meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns under the following conditions:

Return Window:

Returns must be initiated within 5 days of delivery.

Condition of Item:

All items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact. We cannot accept returns that show signs of wear, styling, washing, or alteration.
